  • hmm writes... you know... this may sound weird... but honestly I think you should try it. Try to help your friends or family or just others in general with stuff that they need. I find that helping others takes the focus off me and I am satisfied and calmed by helping others. Again, it may seem simple, but I think it could help.
  • nessa bessa writes... i agree hi i am 16 too and i foucus my stress and sad ness to talk to other people and help them just like i am doing for u it takes ur mind off of ur problmes and put them on others. sooo. 16 is tuff trust me i know . keep stronge and know u will get through it all. its just a stage in like and like buterflys we will change. =)
